Digital self service platform for Merchants. NAB customers with EFTPOS terminals, E-Commerce, MOTO etc. The platform lets customers perform self service tasks, like downloading a statement or ordering paper rolls for EFTPOS terminals.

Project Goal
The customers vary from simple one-to-one relationships to highly complex multi business, multi users organisations. Most of our user base fitted into the 1-10 merchants, meaning they had 1-10 ways to collect payment. Some, though, had up to 12,000.

There are two statment conditions, consolidates manager views and Individual store level views. We maped the access of this information to the roles.

We needed to map the roles in the system to the roles in the organisations. As the information within the statements is confidential in nature. Not all employers want employers to see.


Download merchant statement. Stops the need to have a paper statment delivered in the mail.

Access management for employees at either a single merchant or the whole organisation.
